All the modern equipment you need in a 174m2 floor space, complete with rowers, treadmills, cycles, cross-trainers, comprehensive free weights and strength equipment. Regular classes include Zumba, Pilates and Yoga.

Personal Training
Millbrook personal trainers are available, by appointment, to help you achieve your goals in all aspects of fitness including health, nutrition, rehabilitation and sports specific training. One-on-one Pilates instruction available.

Indoor Swimming Pool
A serious lap pool - 25 metres long, 3 lanes wide, 1.2 metres deep. Temperature constant 28ºC/82ºF.

Tennis
One astro-turf court, two grass courts. Equipment complimentary for guests. Tennis coaching available during summer months.

Spas and Hot Pool
Relax and unwind before or after your workout in either of our two outdoor spas (jacuzzis) or in our hot pool.

Saunas
